I've tested a G version 15 min 15tp 120sl 15ps. Unfortunately I was using a platform that expired. Results were very good for a long time, but got killed a few weeks back when we hit a very strong trending market. The low pipstep killed it. Maybe ...
Firebird EA, please test this one, it is one of the greats

Hendrick, I was wondering if in your next version you can include the old "trade on friday option". I don't know if something like that is difficult to add in or not, but if it could be done I'd appreciate it. Thx.

It just happened on USDCAD as well. A long triggered at 14:45 GMT+2 while safearea (set at 30) was out of bounds. Will the fix in the new version take care of all pairs for this error? Thx

Oh, you're right. I'm sorry. I was looking at my own chart when I wrote that. I thought I had seen in an earlier post that Hendrick's last pair was 19-22. I didn't notice the manual was different. My apologies.

I think the last time you have listed in the manual should be 16 instead of 15?

Mono, these are exceptional firebird results. Can you share your settings for the 3 firebirds?

I don't think safearea is working properly. I have a version running with a tighter safearea set at 30. A short trade fired off on EURJPY when it was clearly out of bounds. Anybody else notice this on any instrument? And I do have my safearea ...

Yardie, how has your AUDUSD been performing with phoenix? I'm considering adding another pair to my basket.

Have you ever had any EA working? Here's my suggestion: remove any EA from your charts. Start with an absolutely clean chart, probably best to just open a new chart. Then attach one of the stock EA's that come with MT4. Open up several different ...

There's a couple ways to do it. Either install the platform again in another folder, or download another platform from someone else. I like the other folder option best because then you can run exact side by side comparisons. If you run one platform ...

Mine are about the same. If we disable surf, the other anti-trend protections are still safearea and the safepipsdistance combo. I've started two more demos. One with a smaller safepipsminute and the other with a safearea of 30.

Mine did well today too. I had 13 wins/3 losses. All losses were surf trades. I might disable that as well.

Has anyone been running a version of Phoneix or Firebird with a safearea below 40? I'd be curious to know your results. Thx.

Alsup, you have to follow the suggestions people are trying to give you or just stop asking. Sorry to be so blunt. But I've told you that coesfx does not default their platform to autotrade. I know this from personal experience. Either call them and ...

SBFX is GMT +2. If you're talking about setting the tradefrom/tradeuntil, that uses your local time. If you want to convert Hendrick's time to yours, you need to do the conversion.

CoesFX has a desk for minis. They clear through CFG, but have been working on a new relationship in the recent weeks. I have a contact there in that office that I speak to regularly. Their regular accounts are straight through, as is there model, ...

Thanks, 4x, I knew there was a way to do that but wasn't quite sure of the whole "changing the extension thing" thanks.

Then just open a demo with someone else to test phoenix 24/7. You may find it's worth the switch. Isn't coes still clearing through cfg? If so, they're trading against you.

Hendrick, I wasn't aware you were not using surf. I thought you were since it's defaulted on. And I notice now that a lot of my losers were surf trades, so it will definitely make a differnece if it was turned off. I notice in your settings you have ...
