Why is that all my profit i make 70% of the time i make from trading GBPUSD but yet i will go to other pairs loose it and then come back to Gbpusd to recover( and every time i come back i recover), I think i need to use 80/20 rule, what do you think?

for example, if your trading GBPUSD, you don't trade the pair when they are both strong (group strong) or both weak ( group weak) but instead you only trade when one is strong and the other is weak. Let me know if this is clear

How do you keep your eyes in Good health

You need to use it in conjunction to your trading system ie what ever your entry is you don't trade when the two are in the same group
