Correct and the amount of spread and commision charges he pays his broker must absolutely LOVE him. Increase the size of his TP from scalps to say 30 or 100pips after all they'll get there eventually by his logic, add in some trader logic to reduce ...

You don't understand the point of a SL I clearly see, which is some what worrying, the banks don't see your order to sell at 5 at a -5, it's just the risk normal people take. GU went from 2.1000 to 1.3500 area pretty damn quickly without looking ...

If you check back, he posted his trades, thousands of them, some active for days and closed for 5pips despite a 20-30pip TP. If he let his TP hit and set at 30 say he'd make a lot more $$$'s, most barely cover his Commision charge sadly. He has a ...

No he's definately doing that, 1000's of trades from the look of it, never holding more than a few pips in cause he's been burnt to many times holding for more. The more profit he holds for then the higher the odds he'll get stuck in trades.

That's is his monthly cut off, if down 50% STOP trading and work out why, could be 100trades which have caused that loss ( some profitable ) Opening line, it's a dream, so not a bait and switch thread!

If you wait long enough, his point is, it'll eventually 99.9% ( he's only after scalp profit ) of the time get to a profit level therefore that's better than taking a loss ever. Taking a random trade then waiting to take profit, what ever, isn't ...

No body plans to buy at 10 and sell at 5 the same as you don't plan for your trades to be 1000pips negative. The issue is, you believe the market to be totally random I to have thought that at times, but it isn't, setups exist where you can reliably ...

I did do the math on going no or very large SL on my method, If I factored in my first 2 losing trades which where bad trades and not really to method, then I'd of been better off with no SL, but if I ignore those then I'm better off with a SL as ...

Market does not move by orders, it's the lack of orders on 1 side of the other, or an order inbalance. When the market drops 100pips in seconds, it's not become billions of trades have gone through, it's cause there is no one on the bid for 100pips ...

Some times, the SL is hit for no reason and price reverses shortly afterwards, this is the price of playing the game, other times, price price keeps going against me and it stops me from holding onto bigger losses. 75% of my trades profit ish. 20% ...

Stop orders fill, cause Retail don't understand how to place them. An SL should be at a point where if the market gets there then the odds are it will keep going against you, so if your buying support then a new low would be your SL, BUT they know ...

Not strictly true, although the weaker your trading method the better off you'll be with no SL's, SL's are fine, if you know where to place them. No SL = HUGE occasional losses, tight SL = death by a 1000nd cuts, loose SL = moderate losses. But ...

I find 9 pips silly to, sometimes that's all the market gives you but I to take 100+ pips of M5 trades, normally for risking 20-30. But I don't think your method, or you are profitable, your just a newbie who talks a good talk, IMHO!!! And yes, I ...
