This is the same problem I was having with their Demo account. That is why I will not open a live account with them. If they do not care enough to maintain their demo account, god only knows what they do with live account software.

You have to save the indicators to the indicator folder under expert advisors. Then restart Metatrader. Look for the indicators under your "Custom Indicators". Load them on the chart from there. Should work fine.

I ignore the red and green lines printed on the chart as they repaint. I go strictly by the arrows in conjunction with bars above/below zero. It works for me on the 4hour chart so I'm happy.
