On the 1 hour chart for CAD futures, the HV zone of Jan 8th is almost identical to that of Jan 7th. Is this a coincidence ? I don't think so. Please note that the futures chart is the inverse of USDCAD spot.

image image image A VZA trade on AUD futures I took yesterday. The first two screenshots were taken before the trade was completed. I took the trade on 2-minute chart. The trade eventually made an R/R of 3:1.

GBP futures chart, which has real volume, shows the same. Just that, as transactions are relatively sparse due to the coming holiday, I dare not take a trade.

Hi HG, You mentioned supply/demand delta zone in many of your posts. How do you define a supply/demand delta zone ? Thank you

Another textbook VZA trade. I took this trade on AUD futures on Friday. The green line is the lower boundary of the 1 hour high volume zone from Dec 10th. I went to 1-minute chart to find an entry. The entry was after a small no-demand up bar.

Hi TEB, What is TOD in the above post ? I checked the post of the terms that you use, TOD is not in there.

TEB and Pres, I kind of echo what Darastonius said. To me both of you are trading masters and I learned a lot from both of you. Please don't be put off by some comments from each other and please keep posting.

Hi Acepsut, Welcome to the thread ! Your analysis of the stock is solid. I wanted to ask you about something else. I noticed that you started a thread about cycle analysis years ago. To be honest, I've been experimenting with combining VSA and price ...

Hi Alberto, Are you still working on cycle analysis ? I've been experimenting with cycle analysis. I use a commercial software Timing Solution for this purpose. Here's my view on cycle analysis: 1) Cycle analysis cannot be used as an independent ...

Another textbook VZA entry on 15-min chart of AUD futures. On the upper boundary (the upper green line) of the one-hour highest volume zone from Oct 2nd, a 2BR formed.

Today on JPY futures there's a textbook VZA set up on 15 minute chart. On the upper boundary of 1 hour high volume zone from Sep 29th, a Pres78 2BR formed and then JPY dropped like a rock. On the cash chart of USDJPY it's the opposite.

Pres, please switch back to using the term Pres78 2BR. "a reducing volume 2BR" just feels award, plus it does not include the feature that the 2nd bar makes a HH/LL. Anyway, I mark the pattern as a Pres78 2BR.

Hi Jason, I have a question about the tick volume on FXCM's MT4 platform. Do you get the tick volume from the banks that you work with or you generate the tick volume at FXCM ?
