Hey Dwe.. I also close shop at London close to prevent overtrading.... You trade break out Rocky style? If yes did you also tried it on 5m....if I am at work I use time charts and 5 min prevent me better for over trading, revenge trading... Still ...

I also use the currencu strenght meter from this website, in combo with the other strenght meter i decide to chose the pairs to trade, but still working on that
