So if direction of trade comes from 120 minutes period of time before London open (not between Frankfurt and London Opens) thats fully clear for me and i dont have any more questions in this matter.

Frankfurt opens at 8 local time. London opens at 8 local time. During summer: Frankfurt is GMT+2 London is GMT+1 So, it is only 1 hour between opens.

Why the bias of direction is taken from 120 minutes period of time? All we know that it is only 60 minutes between Frankfurt and London open.
