If you want to be very accurate you may place your stop for short positions at: Dot(swing high) +10+ spread and on long positions at: Dot(swing low) -10

I believe you have to put up with the some losing trades in this system in order to take full advantage of the trends, any filters will eat into the profits in the long run. Just my opinion.
