a/ you've got to get over the addiction before you can start to make money in this game, got to treat it logically like a business. b/ When this happens, and you don't change side or do, do a virtual trade in the other direction, or if your broker ...

Without TA to be fair, alot of people wouldn't be able to make the money they do, as they'd have no basis to communicate system to people to take there money. Sadly, none of these pay systems actually work.

80% and 20% pretty much works for most things in life. 80% of my trades are winners, but that 20% costs me more than my winners. ( Actually I'm breaking even but yeah LOL )
80/20 Rule!

I agree, indicators are all utter and utter crap but........... The people who profit alledegely using them, use them as a distraction without realising it and the distraction allows them to trade well, some how on there own.

MA's work for sure, try a 5min chart, 288SMA (24hour) GBBUSD, notice how twice the price has bounced lower from this MA. I also recently using a EMA 4 , 9 cross on a 1min chart, when I think it's Long time I don't go long till this crosses up, ...
Why exactly do EMA crossover systems not work?

Sitting on the 24hour SMA line, but downtrending on the 2hour line. Plan go Long on breaking 2hour SMA, or short on breaking down the 24hour.

Think you guys are against the Trend here, don't get greedy. Breaks the 120min SMA though and you've got a good shot of 1.9600 area. Fav Long though.

Too slow all day, Cable really isn't getting any interest, so when the interest comes back I wouldn't want to bet on the direction.

Use 24SMA, instead of 21SMA, corresponds to the Average of the last Day then, been using this for trades for ages, really strong S/R point.
only using SMA 21

Demo account taught me to trade like a Pro, very high win to lose ratio, when I lose it's small change, when I win it's 100+pips. Sadly add in the fear of real money and I barely break even, most strange as I class myself in all over ways of life as ...
