Another question - you must be very patient btw! - do you trade the news release? For example, this morning, there was divergence on the 5 minute chart just prior to the PMS numbers. Would you have opened a position at that time?

I only learned this the other day from Magix. The open price is at 5pm EST. As you can see, the LO was above that level. Hope that helps!
