You may want to stick with manual trading - nothing wrong with automated signals but EA, would really advise against it

Not sure about Gainsy, will check it out later. On regulation, I use a mix (Trader's Way, FXCM and Alpari) and so far, no issues. 'Though I should point out a few regulated brokers have done the "scam" and all they got was a slap on the wrist!
