Most ecn brokers offer the things you mention above too, IB offers quite good market depth [limited to their network of course but quite high liquidity - I would assume better than most banks because it's aggregated] and all ECNs give you naked ...

Get ECN account, interactive brokers requires 10k and shows market depth (I have used them in the past), mbtrading requires less and provides market depth (as far as I know) too. The market is not centralized so you see only a portion of the total ...

Stop levels are (IMHO!) the best levels to get into trade but that's just me. It's the real edge because usually these levels will drive price to the direction of stops (remember that stop becomes market order when touched).
