The Dow is down by 156, price is below the daily pivot, the 15min QQE's are all bearish, the 30min QQE is bearish, the 4hr QQE is bearish, 4hr Momentum is bearish. Flip a coin . . . if it comes back down, that's the way price is heading.

That time frame has to do with GJ volatility. Just before London things start picking up, so there's a chance we might hit it then. But most of the action is during London session so the odds are even better for that.
