-
aicccia replied Dec 15, 2006If a particualr strategy has profit margins so small that a sudden -10 pips from a spread erases all the profits and makes a strategy unprofitable, then it's a very weak strategy, and it will never stand the test of time. This has nothing to do with ...

aicccia replied Dec 11, 2006a 30 pip stop is too tight for GBP/USD. It's not the brokers fault that your stop is getting hit. Or hve ever head of limit or stop orders..you only pay spread when you place a market order. I use InterbankFX myself.

aicccia replied Dec 9, 2006I've never understood why people complain about spreads. If you're a half decent trader you should be able to have profitable trades larger than the spread. The spread is the cost of making money in the forex market and it's a miniscule cost. How ...

aicccia replied Dec 8, 2006I never know how the NFP will bounce around but at the end of the day it always follows the 4 hour trend. Check it out. I'm guessing the big boys were all short, people saw it briefly hit 1.9540, it didn't really break it so everyone bought. At ...

aicccia replied Dec 7, 2006Dude, the 8th is NFP day. Employement is up almost 30 K for the US, I'm pretty sure GBP/USD will break though 1.9633 with this data and head south to 1.9540. The 4 hour trend is also in a strong sell, the NFP almost never goes against the 4 hour ...
