In that case Im not really sure man, Have you try it with other broker ? because looking at your MT4 it is showing "Micro" I'm not really sure if it because of that , but there's no harm of trying the dashboard with other broker too in a " ...

I have change the setting by my self, That is original .set file that shared here. please do not use it on live account yet until you get the perfect setting and result
