i do not know whether this is right or wrong. IMO the price is waving just to trigger stops either below or above the daily trendlines. It is possible that the daily trend is determinated by fundamentals, but everything else is just hitting stops up ...

This is a 15min chart and your MAs are 200 - 55 - 21 I guess. this can also be a double top for reverse or retracement. Buy signal only, if confirmation that correction is finished, i.e. price must breakout above the 21 successfully. imo
