Uneventful day for me today, hopefully someone out there had a better day. 2 trades, first trade on GBP taken at BE. image 2nd trade on NZD I don't expect this to go anywhere. image

I would say bar 1 is stopping volume, bar 2 is potential buying. I think Malcolm used 34 and 21. I never really was a fan of hulls, I know Sonofsin is a big fan of the 21 SMA. Something that I use on daily time frame is to watch and see if the ...

Like you said there was some buyers on the bar because of the close on the highs. My best guess is some small player might have bought the market on a break out strategy, the volume is about average so its doubtful they bought it enough to move the ...

You read the situation correctly, you saw the weakness. A NS is testing the market for supply, they can and will fail. In fact a failed test is a sign of weakness. Did you notice how price never touched the high of the NS? As for the shakeout it's ...

A ND is the exact opposite of a NS. You could've have taken the given example on the previous page and just reversed it. But here is a screenshot anyways.

Yeah I used a clear chart without any levels. Sometimes I throw levels on my charts, but honestly I focus more on PA than the levels. Coincidentally that test was at the 0% level of the previous days HV H1 bar.

A hidden test closes up instead of down. Up thrusts and Shakeouts are the same, if an up thrust closes down it is called hidden up thrust. You have to be careful with them, the only reason why I traded the hidden test was because it was back into ...

Well I deleted the original post because I figured the question I asked was a question I would have to answer myself. I went short because of a HV UT back into the 50%. I was taken out at BE, I moved my stop because if NZD was to become bullish it ...

You might find another buying opportunity back at that 50% but be careful at 7475-7480 range there is supply there. Also look at daily I wouldn't want to be short with the last couple of days making higher highs and higher lows. Honestly though I ...

I personally don't think so, PA is really ugly across all majors. I highly doubt I will make a trade today. NZDUSD looks weak with an hourly UT back into a previous high, but lower TFs are no good for entries.

Kind of.. Once I saw the H1 shakeout I was basically just looking for a NS/test to go long on at London open. The fact that the NS was into the high of the fib level was a happy chance. Honestly I would have taken a NS whether it was above or below ...

Big buying in Asia on UJ, easy to see on H1. I'm a scalper I will be out quickly, thinking 112.07 at the moment still a bit undecided on TP. image I went ahead and exited 3/4 of the position. I added a stop loss at 111.68 and see if I can let the ...

url - If you look at the foot-note on page 19, its really the only mention in the book about volume less than the previous 2 bars. I thought there was more references to it, but I know its been mentioned before on their youtube videos. You asked ...

The book Master the Markets defines a ND/NS as volume less than the previous two bars, so that's what I've always used. The volume on bar 6 is steadily increasing from at least 2 bars back.

You're trading a method that relies on the background. Think about that, if weakness is in your background then you're going to ignore signs of strength. First November 24th was a major holiday in the USA, personally I don't trade Thanksgiving week, ...
