Hi Ross The one minute is good, however there are more signals which can result in a loosen streak compared to the 5 minute. It all depends on your MM, I will probably revert back to the 5 minute, purely due to my job and screen time.

It`s a personally thing, if you want to stop at 4 and start again, then maybe the 5th would have been a winner, we all have our own MM. Frequency, nobody has a crystal ball to predict how may losses you will encounter.
