i use that myself. need to take note of correct sitting posture as well as correct ball size. It does not have to be yoga, simple stretches on the ball does wonders for professional sitters like me. Google, lots of useful tips out there. ...Need a good chair for trading

under current circumstances the euro actually averaged a higher pip range than geppy. crosses are volatile mainly due to lower liquidity. but like you say in the end its really your choice.
