Why do you care that they do not answer that question, they are probably evaluating the situation. This is no reason not to go with them. If you have any others reasons fair enough.

It would be great if they included Dukascopy. MyFxBook doesn't support dukascopy either and they need something like this. Or why not supply a simple (java) api so people can could load the transactions themselves.
