Based on various market sentiment indicators (Myfxbook, Oanda) then I'm surprised that despite recent fall in EUR/USD retail bulls have not added to their long positions. Which kind of indicated that bulls are exchausted and market needs to turn up.

1.25 next and if it breaks then we hell will break lose. Watch also EUR/CHF for further guidance. SNB will not be able to support EUR for long.

The last remaining bulls are bailing out before Eurozone CPI and Jobs report releases. We will most likely test the 1.2650 level today and should it break then the only logical target is 1.2500.

Tonight's data out of Japan (inflation, indu production, jobs report) should probably lift the USD/JPY towards 110. I don't expect anything JPY-bullish to come out of these reports.

USD/JPY Discussion

On H4 we are headed lower to test the 25 EMA and then 55 EMA. I'd say 100-150 pips down.
