Hmm well yes while waiting for a good daily setup you can teach us some about how you trade on a 5min-chart. I at least would love to hear

Hmm well over the last few month I had a winning-rate of almost 90%, but we're talking about 9 total trades. Well to win a championship, I'd be happy with 20% risk, too. Who cares, you can't win that kind of thing if you don't bet the house. You ...

Trading The Daily & Profit Goals — Hi there, I've been trading daily charts only the last few months and well what can I say I did make some profit. I had literally no loss, one very small but I'd consider it more like a breakeven-trade ...

Hey Jim, got a question to that chart and your trade in the USD/CAD. If I got it right you traded it like this: - You went long at a break of the high of the pinbar and set your SL below the pinbar. You had then an inital risk of around 15k. - Trade ...

Yep, saw that one, too. I sold USD/JPY @ 96.23 this morning and 95.50 is my main profit target...I won't reverse there though and instead let 1/3 of my position on and let the trade play out itself.

Are you aware that this might be the same trade? If the move is $-related then you've doubled your risk on the same trade basically... Marco

Thanks a lot billy. So you usually set a 50 pip stop, looking for 150, or this is at least a good way to play it right? Which pairs is this for, the majors? And do you include USD/CAD and AUD/USD in the majors? If you would have to pick 4 pairs to ...

That's a lot looking at the move you expect in relation...be aware of this, this can eat up substantial profits over the long term. I personally trade those pairs only from bars that have a LOT of potential or weekly charts. Take care, Marco

Hmm well then you just have pre-defined SL and Target for the position and leave it alone? Maybe you're right that it's better to walk away...on one side I noticed that very often I can at least move my stop to breakeven after a small bounce...which ...

What Spread do you have for this pair? I sometimes see nice possible trades on it but the high spread just scares me off...same for EUR/NZD

Question to BRV — Hi Billy, thanks a lot for this thread, quick question you might be able to answer. Do you see any good way to trade those levels without sitting in front of your screen when they're touched? That stuff works great for me ...
