So they've made it clear that they are in no hurry to return our funds - Para 4 above says that they intend to write to those of us who are owed money setting out their proposals "within 8 weeks" !!! If you have not already phoned the "hotline" ...

KPMG have removed the link to the claim form (pdf). This is what they are trying to take up to 8 weeks just to send out. Pester them on 0333 202 1397 to repost the proof of claim form link.

The first thing to do is start ringing the "hotline" on 0333 202 1397 and escalating your enquiry to the manager. Keep them on the line for as long as you can, ask as many questions as you can, pretend you don't understand their answers and ask ...

Hmmmmm, it would appear that no one thought to mention that this script either deletes or scrambles all existing tech analysis (trend lines, channels, horizontal S/R lines etc.) Ah well, it's only a months work on 31 pairs... Back to the drawing ...

I just spoke to them as well and I don't believe a word of it.... 18 pips across the board, looks a bit dodge to me given that EUR/USD is bouncing off support and EUR/GBP off resistance.... Hmmm....
