Actually its provided by Central bank and other structures, life didn't stop in Russia, you get too far in your propaganda head.

You got too much propaganda in your head. Russian economy is ok right now, but EU is falling down... no cheap energy anymore and buy expensive US oil/gas. Strikes very soon.
