according to the 15min trade on Friday....you've only moved 50% of your expected 1st TP....especially with the latest news out of Japan....looks to be heading south a bit more.

right, what I was asking was... would you use the current 30min TF QQE(5) as an early indication to exit the trade.....if its lookin like its going against you.

Aus, for the 15min strategy, although we haven't seen a reveral signal yet, but the 30min is beginning to cross back up....could this be an early indication....or jumping the gun?

i think he's refering to a retrace on the 1min chart so you can catch a good entry on the 5sma

the 1min is your trading window...so you would use the QQE Alert along with the arrow and dot as your signal....enter at the 5sma.....Aus is only using the QQE (5) as a confirmation on the 5min TF.

Aus, on a technical standpoint, its clear the dots refer to the QQE Alert crossovers....what do the arrows refer to?

the 5min confirmation didn't happen till 21:50EST ( by confirmation, i'm refering to the arrow and dot on the 5min TF)....so i'm assuming you're refering to a QQE(5) crossover on the 5min as the confirmation Aus?

Aus, Are you using the 1min as an early confirmation for the 15min for this strategy or each on there own? thanks.

Aus, do the two signals(arrow and dot) have to be on the same bar....if not, how far apart is acceptable ?

i figure, since the 15min only had done 50% of its movement (total 240 pips) since last signal...i got in for a sell @233.20 near the current 5sma and lets see if we can take 80 to 100 pips for the remainder of the ride down.....

love the 15m strategy....and implimenting it on the 1min is even better... looking at the 1min....had a signal just recently and it definitely tested the stop loss and may have even hit it....maybe its better to keep a mental stop loss 5 pips or so ...

Aus, would you say the weekly looks alot like the set up back in mid March and the new daily opening above the 5SMA....looks like a strong bullish sentiment...especially with 4hr like you said.

no we're sitting on the daily 5SMA now.....and going long or short before 1600EST is a bad call either way my friend....time to sit on the sidelines, i think.
