I am using the EA and stop out for 20 pips profit, long way to go for a million.

I got it working for MBT, trying setting the decimal digits settings from 2 to 1 if you are using the percentage of equity. Now if we could just define 9.30 for the NY to take advantage of the stock market open.

check false on checkhourofattach and you can define both the london and new york open to different times.

I am using it on a 5 digit broker no problem even setting SL to 2 pips.

You might want to increase the Stop loss to more than 5 pips, seems like your broker requires more pip distance to current price.
