Only if I tap with the mouse in a radius at about 6-7 mm from the middle of the rectangle and near the corners, I can edit the rectangle. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1. Any suggestion, anybody in the Forum with the same issue?

Thanks for your quick reply, I found the problem. I must tap with the mouse in the middle of the rectangle, Then I can see the white points at the 4 corners of the rectangle and I can edit it. Is it generally like this or it is a strange behavior ...
