John Law comes to mind when I think of central banks. They need to create their own self importance!!!!! I'm not saying that you're not correct. I'm saying it's just part of the game they play to make it appear "not manipulated".

It's pretty damned amazing to watch what happens in the last couple minutes of that hourly bar. They'll spend 58 minutes on the opposite end and then close in the last 2 or 3 minutes at the other end.
