OK....your exit.....you can do a couple three things....wait for next candle, RSI touches 30/70, let the RSI move below 30/70 then wait for it to come back to 30/70 (if this happens I'll upload a pick) then move stop up 2-3 pips under a closed bull ...

the first strat is price action of course (bulls/bears, pin bars, and so on), the second is inside bars ...if you have an inside bar set a BS/ST at the 2 pips above/below the high/low when one triggers cancel the other...your on your own for MM on ...
