This is what im trying to work out at the minute. They could for instance say that trying to sell the company as a whole was in both creditors and clients interests as an example.

Agreed. We need to have a detailed breakdown of the fees accumulated in dealing with clients interests only. I do however see the possibility of some overlap between clients and creditors interests.
