Yeah, ECN is better, spreads are tighter. Yes, with $1000 and 200 leverage you can open ECN account. But in my opinion for good trading on ECN you should have more than $1000 on your account.

No one of the brokers can guarantee absence of slippages with market execution. But pending limit orders on ECN are always executed without slippages at Exness unlike some other brokers.

I saw this link. that's quite a huge rebate I guess... usually they are no more than 60%, especially because exness has pretty narrow spreads.

As for me I don't like to work with fixed spreads. It's more honest to trade with dynamic spreads even it they sometimes widen. Usually fiixed spreads are wider than even widen ECN spreads.
