Have to be say at 25% account risk SL tops, we aren't talking 700pips here, maybe 100. I did run the nunbers with no SL with my method, it turned it negative badly.

Proxy, ECN spreads are pretty much always 1 pippete as you call them, there 16 or 40 for us cause our commision is in the spread.
