If I were you I'd preferred ECN coz' spreads+commission are better on ECN compared with Mini account.

ECN gives NO requotes at all, but a trader gets more slippages on ECN account. Why? Because you have market execution. Slippages are rare on MM compared to ECN. Hope this helps.
