It's true I am flat by taking 2 opposite positions in the same pair , but you forgot market is waving 70 %, ( and 70 % it's MORE than 50 %) so it's easy to deduct I'm winning by hedging using opposite same pair orders. So 70 % I win BOTH sides and ...

- I agree that those position taken in another security made to lower the offset are known as real hedging but , but seems to me those are only 90 to 95 % hedged . - Besides you will see these same pair oposite positions are called on forums also ...

Yes , true,.. And after all is MY money , I should be able to lose them how I want ( I'm not joking here ) , I mean If I want to lose those 3 pips spread on GBP / USD by hedging ( NFA, huge loss , by the way : 3 pips !!!!! ) , that's my choice.. NFA ...

ha ha..if you think NFA is going to protect you ....you will be dissapointed. Why NFA doesn't take action about all complaints about requotes, offquotes, artificial disconnections !!! and stop hunting, artificial spikes ...

I tried that, 50 % of times didn't worked because: Let's say price aproaching resistance , so i sell , but price breaks up the resistance level : result is a loss.

No you lose only one spread because the first spread you already losed it before
And by not allowing hedging , you don't lose only a lousy spread( as i said first one you already losed it , so it counts no more ), in fact you lose an entire ...whats with this "hedging" thing??

Indeed those regulators failed on that case... Someone ( NFA ) is limiting the options someone else has ( traders ) and that is claimed as beeing "help" ?!

Till now NFA regulation was a must for me when i was looking for a broker...like you said for protection against those brokers who intended to spent clients money and dissapear...but now i'm not so sure: What protection is this : for a lousy 3 pip ...

NFA , please, you should protect traders by not allowing REQUOTES , OFF QUOTEs, and other errors which appear when you want to close a winning trade , why these errors appear mostly on winning trades ? Also protect us against stop hunting , ...

I agree Nettles , an ECN broker is the way, but I need one accepting minimum deposits ..seems MB Trading accepts min 400 but for now MB Trading has not Metatrader for live accounts, only for demo accounts for now... Don't know about Interactive ...

I agree. Brokers , though , are still allowed to hedge all clients positions, so NFA is protecting brokers not traders.
