With lower ranges come smaller targets. With smaller targets come smaller stops. Simply increase your poition size while still risking same % due to smaller stops. As several have mentioned already, simply adapt to what you can control.

Still plenty of opportunity. Don't trade the shitty USD pairs. EURCAD, EURAUD, GBPCAD, GBPAUD and GBPJPY still have 200 pip range most days and they trend much smoother.
