Since you already have downloaded and installed the MT4 and set up the demo account, check the help files. The MT4 platform should come loaded with help files which you can access to get a better idea on how the platform works.. hope that helps..

Yes, scalping is stressful, since you'll have to keep a beady eye out on every pip movement and only recommended if you have the experience. Day trading is less stressful, and believe me, a lot better than trying to scalp a few pips.
