Thanks for your settings, pipmaster. Quite different from mine in that you use a 20 MA and your entries are closer to the center line, not to mention you use a 5 minute chart for most all pairs. Other than that, they're the same..LOL. I think what ...

An EA is simply a computer program. Just like the one you're using right now. Raygun has made more than he can count, and I'm sure some of them are successful. The EA talked about here earlier was for managing trades. As long as EA has the correct ...

There's no hedging needed with this system. This trades only short, or only long. The 100X80 is a different system that trades both ways, and has it's own thread.

I'd be interested in your settings. I need to tweak some of mine to get more entries, so I'd like to compare notes. If you'd like you could email me.

I love arrows. I use them to shoot PIPS with. No one's gonna take my arrows away.

Have been away for a bit & quickly read through the posts. From what I'm reading, there's a real easy way to change the time frame and distance away & use just one master EA? Very cool. What I like best though is being able to close out when a trade ...

One day, I tracked the Level 3 on the EUR/USD, as I was aware that it moved, and I wanted to see just how far it would move. The Eur was on a downtrend, and the level 3 appeared to indicate that the downtrend "may" be over. The EUR continued down, ...

forexjedi, good going on telling those naysayers to get off your thread. No koolaid drinker here, but those kind of negative people who don't have a clue what they're talking about will spoil the thread for all. Have seen it happen time and time ...

As a followup to my last post, the very first signal that I could have taken this morning had I been here and not eating breakfast is a short that is currently up 49 points. What a lousy system, huh??

Hadn't heard of this guy before, so I checked his name and see he has about 148 posts since June of 08. Most all of the ones I read having a sarcastic and superior tone. Questions asked of him met in derisive tones. Claims to be making a few hundred ...

hoichi, nice to know the system also worked on GU. I think the originators said they were testing on other pairs, but recommend it only for EU.

I had an account with MBT. Their spread on GBP/USD widened substantially. Their excuse was the same as IBFX, which is that market was volatile. They sadi I could put an order in at bid, which is the same line you get from them on the their thread ...

Toyo, have you gone live? And, I agree with you 100% on your post. I would caution some here about "irrational exhuberance", and to keep in mind the not so funny joke when it happens to you. "What's the WORST thing that could happen?". I'd rather be ...

My entry on the USD/JPY is not until 120 away. As in the case of this pair, and others where I enter at further distances away, there's a huge difference in going deep into the trade. Conversely, I don't get many trades. I look at it like an ...

The moving average moves. If you look at the chart and put on crosshairs, you'll see many instances where the entry that was at 90 PIPS away from center would be a loser if you traded out when the pair hit the white line after your trade. In many ...

A visual backtest showed that a lot of pairs will temporarily hit anywhere between 200 to 250, and reverse. These are the sudden spikes, rather than a slow gradual climb from the MA. These trades are rare. Maybe only one a week or every other week. ...
