No , no that i know of. Both are the same, just to ensure a up or down, u need to refer to 2-3 candle sticks on your 30m chart so its more accurate .

Using pivot? All the same in any time frame otherwise i uses 30m,1h,4h,1day at least 4 charts before entering. If any doubt i would just skip and wait .
