TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009The indicators will come back if they are part of the template you load. Otherwise when you delete them they should stay off. Make sure your virus program is on constant scan so that it catches them as they come in.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009Despite my requests for improvements, you are doing a great job and it is beautiful even the way it is!

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009One more request. Can the line labels be set to be to the right of the chart shift?
Fib. Reverse Engineered.
-
TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009Those are the differences between the center line and the 47 & 53 fibs. Then I can place the "0" line in the center of the range, and adjust until 47 & 53 match the high and low.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009It looks diifferent because you have to put "0" at the center of the consolidation range, then adjust the fib. I get the same values as the indi. But this is neither here nor there because the indi is showing progress.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009Here is another way to get this done. Simply apply your MT4 Fib tool and add the levels shown below. Adjust as needed. This is meant to replace the indicator being worked on here, but an option for those who prefer the tool.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009I think you have it right. The user defines the channel. It would be nice to drag the lines to define the channel. Preferred but not crucial.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009I am reading "Trading in the Zone" by Mark Douglas. In that book he basically says the same thing - the path to success comes from attitude.

TradeWell replied Apr 8, 2009An option to be able to turn on and off line labels (price and fib values) would be nice.

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009The "core range" values I spoke of are price ranges. Cobra interpreted a different high and low price for the (roughly) 47-53 range, yet we ended up with the same fib extension values.

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009Exactly! BTW, not only did my chart match yours to the pip, but my values were calculated with a different core range (47-53).

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009Don't trade again until you can assess what happened. My bad days typically come from psychological reasons. Don't forget checking that in your assessment.

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009Yes, it is simple math to figure it out. The indicator just does it for you.

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009I tried that but the 423 extension still was not enough to reach the 25% calculated Leonardo fib. Perhaps larger extensions?

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009Looks like divergence on M5 may be coming up on EU and EJ. Another entry chance?

TradeWell replied Apr 7, 2009Determining THAT, is the tricky part (for me at least).
