At least on my broker there is a positive swap spread to sell WTI vs buy UK oil. That could be one way. Other than that, buy below $21/barrel. Difficult to know but if Saudi doing that, they intend I assume for oil to be back above $50/barrel or ...

A rigged game for sure, but spotting the signs of what is going helps to make a profit. Isn't it a case of "if you can't beat them, join them"? Don't trade oil myself, but looks like it's a bet Saudi's Arabia will not lose.
