CAD — The previous "trade balance" for Cad was -1.48 B on july 10 and the next report will be on aug 12. I've already heard on the radio that the deficit is at around -4 B. Fundamental wise i see a bearish sign on Cad.

I dont believe either. The concept i got from it is that if price bounced from a previous s/r on a specific volume and then price gets to the same s/r on a lower volume, chances are that the price will bounce again.
