So how long is this 60B bailout supposed to tide things over for Greece/EU? 8 months, 1 year? I'm surprised Germany goes with it. Good money after bad IMO.

Usually a weaker Dow leads to a stronger USD...this will likely be the case IMO. Next week, hurting PIIGS and potentially a weaker DOW could bring the bears out.
