I've noticed from several single-pair demos, that the EA always closes out multi-level trades for a loss or BE. It never reaches TP before closing(and it doesn't matter what the TP is set to in the EA). Is this normal?

Yes, you should. According to my 5-digit tester, the 20-pip gap input is spacing out counter trades every 2 pips, so an extra zero must be added. Likewise, for the TP and BE settings.
