I tried murray maths but cannot convince myself it works. I have found too many examples that it did *not* work. I still have the indicator in MT4, but I don't use it anymore. Just my own view.

Alright, I've figured it out. I will post using this new format below that still retains the aspect ratios. ^^

It's not really so different... maybe because my chart is resized to 600 by 600. Here, see below for a more "correct" version to scale... but if I use this format, it would be so blur and hard to make out a thing.

Here's another interesting example.. USD/CHF. I actually went short @ 1.2424, then quickly close it and paid the spread after I realised that it was an already failed trade instead of a short signal. (I got complacent and didn't look at the bar ...

Maybe Mouteki will upload his trades for August later on? It's quite a bit of work compiling the slides...

LOL... yes I will be posting them everyday, as real-time as possible. But a disclaimer still, I am not providing insurance if you are using real money and got burnt unfortunately.

Sure, questions are always welcome. The projected profit is 103 pips, but I only aimed for 67 pips. This is because my foray into forex has taught me to err on the side of caution. Instead of insisting to take the full 103 pips, I am happy enough to ...

Let me guess... is that the USD/CAD pair? I missed this trade, or rather I ignored it in favor of other trades with more projected profit. But alas, it was a mistake since the projected 56 pip target was hit effortlessly.

I seem to see a more recent support. If it is not a resizing issue, then I think I would have already gone short as indicated, and the price might have reached projected level already.

Alright minute, I found 3 examples in Mouteki's powerpoint slides that show somewhat a consolidation. But he did not exit the trades early, and the price reached the projected level for all 3. The thing is, if you observe his trades, almost all are ...

So far, I think Mouteki had posted examples on GBP/USD and GBP/JPY. What you and summitfx said makes sense, but I am hesitant to make too many modifications to the original Mouteki method. When Mouteki has some time to spare, I would greatly ...

Hello.. I know this is a very wild pair... but are you suggesting I give a wider stop while still trading Mouteki style? So far, the only modification I have made is to reduce my TP target. Instead of using the projected number of pips, I aim for ...

Btw, here's a focused section of the chart above. Just in case anyone is wondering, 221.60 is the open of the first candle that broke the supply line. Somehow the resizing makes the chart a bit off. This one is a direct screenshot.

Hi everyone, Are there any lessons we can draw from the attached example? I went short first, then got stopped out... then I went long, and got stopped out again. Was I just plain unlucky to hit on a "non-working" trade, or did I mess up somewhere? ...

With reference to post #4... SUCCESS! Net gain: +46 PS.: I wanted to shift the TP to +10 after it reached +46... but I decided to just close it there and then at 104.50 since targetted TP is just 9 pips away. I think I will scream if I get stopped ...
