Would have to see the chart and trade, but sometimes trades just go against us for no reason. We can't help that so we have the 40 pip stop in place. I'm still learning myself.

No you do not always have to wait. I read that if the Purple crosses the Blue line, the PSAR is ignored.

I took the trade you are talking about. It looks like target 1 is BB on the H1 and target 2 is the 161.8 and BB on the H2 chart. I don't see any resistance in between those targets.
