The $ is almost @ 79 yet the eur refuses to drop below 1.3430.

Yesterday when the $ went up the eur fell harder. Today $ is higher than yesterday but eur hasn't dropped as much.

I was just observing that it's another tool to use and its euro-centric. About the news... it's window dressing for the masses IMO.

The euro index is totally different from the eurusd. You couldn't draw that downward trendline on the eurusd 4hr chart.
