What I gave you was a metaphor. My heart doesn't play a part in my trading. It used to when I gambled and sought the adrenaline. Now trading is a thinking game and involves just the mind. My heart barely makes a beat if I see a 100 pips of profit on ...

I am polygamous when it comes to trading. I keep a whole harem at my service. If any particular one is out of favour, I might like her later. Maybe you are one of those serial monogamists ? But probability favours the polygamist. It's probably ...

You are making the same error as 2+2. How do you know it's indefinite ? You can tell the future like 2+2 could ? An account killer is something malignant. Not all bad trades are malignant.

Some dancing took days, other dancing took weeks. The dancing can take as long as it needs. This is the reason for having the capacity. One could dance and trade at the same time. A lot of trading is waiting anyway, so a bit of dancing is no ...

I don't have multi-year trades. I do have multi-month trades. I have the capacity to carry a loss for months or years. I find it to be a good thing because I am not easily bustable. I believe trades can be danced out of trouble.

MT4 time can't be changed except by the broker. But it's too technical for them to know how to do it. So the best thing to do is just to live with it. Maybe the time you are getting is the right one anyway.

I don't have multi-year losses. But others claim I would have if I don't use SL. I do have the capacity to carry a loss for years. Generally I work my trades. If there's no hope, the trade will be discarded or transformed. My trades are not the ...

Actually I do know. It will go against me until it will go for me. But for noobies they could not see the "for me" part. Hence they believe it will run multi-year in the wrong direction, non-stop.

The argument was that 2+2 was saying the market (trades) was unpredictable, except on losing trades. On losing trades those were supposed to be predictable to run for multiple years. Therefore it makes sense to use SL to prevent a multi-year loss. ...

That doesn't sound very scary. I don't use stops, and I eat spikes for breakfast, and I often look for spikes to help me load up. Can't you do better ? How about Obama declares forex all closed down tomorrow ? That would scare me.

You don't always have to predict the future. If you want to catch rain, you don't have to know when it's going to rain, all you have to do is hold out a bucket.
