Just placed two buy limits 1st @ 1262 2nd @ 1255 SL of these @ 1224 Getting a hunch these may not get activated very soon, therefore, I plan to keep these buy limits alive for about 5 weeks.

IMHO contingent view: if this is bad time for Gold, the worse is possibly yet to come, maybe in 4 weeks from now, . I would keep my basket open for longs for another 5 weeks. Can't wait for winters. I still got 5 shorts to close (from hedged ones).

Where did you start your short from? For instance, if I had shorted from 1320, opening a long position of equal weight @ 1300 would lock the profit. I'm not sure what you are trying to say. It seems you only placed SL below the Break Even (BE) ...

Hedging here means, that I have locked my long positions (roots). In other words, I'm expecting this 2 go down. Plz be informed that it may act unpredictable & slippery today.
