Ea doesn't produce suggestion list. It just reads the suggestion list that is created by an indicator and sends buy/sell orders in accordance with that list.

You don't have to cycle between time frames to force the terminal to load history. Indicator loads needed history automatically. This loading process takes time. (Up to 2 - 3 minutes)
