I just reviewed my trades for last week, I lost 45 points on YM. If I were to remove 2 that were against expectation (-34, -23 I don't know what I was thinking) and worst of all 2 trades that I totally pussed out on and didn't follow the rules at ...

Totally agree. It is an investment in self. I have so many emotional hang-ups to work out! I can see a benefit far outside of trading.
